Live support hours
Live support is only available during the times below, however support tickets and emails are monitored often during these times.
Live support is available on weekdays from 4:00PM - 9:00PM and on weekends from 9:00AM to 11:00PM.

Dedicated server managed support
We provide a semi-managed solution to our dedicated server customers. This means we will help you with your smaller issues, such as installing updates or configuring a new IP. This level of service will cost £10 an hour.
We also provide a fully-managed solution which will mean that we can do everything for you on your dedicated server. This level of service will cost an extra £20 a month on top of the current cost of your dedicated server.

Game server support
We will help you to update your server to the latest version and if necessary install and configure any desired modification to your server. We will not, however, help you with any scripting issues you may encounter.
